Rankings Suggestion / Format

Okay I am taking this from my buddy Hawk, he used this for his short lived CONDOR group.

Essentially you assign points to each fighter after a match.

+ 1000 Pts - Title capture
+ 800 Pts - Submission/KO Victory
+ 500 Pts - Decision Victory
+ 200 Pts - Exciting Fight
+ 150 Pts - Draw
- 25 Pts - Injury (Multiplied by how many months out)
- 100 Pts - Yellow Card (Multiplied by number in fight)
- 200 Pts - Boring Fight
- 300 Pts - Losing Decision
- 500 Pts - Losing

I know the sim has some sort of weird rankings co-efficient thing going in. The new version UMS 2 apparently has something more in depth as well.

This would mean that everybody starts off at the same level, whereas a guy who joins with a 10-0 record *should* be ranked higher [although obviously, a fictional record means nothing in actuality].

I'm using this system for SPIRIT FC as well, though I've modified it a bit - adding 25 points for a 2nd round stoppage, 50 points for a first round stoppage, and deducting 700 points for losing a title fight. Because I feel that fighters should have to work their way back up to a rematch. It's a real nice system though, and looks like it'll help me out a lot.
